Counselling provides a safe and supportive space to explore patterns, understand what is driving them and to rebuild communication, connection and intimacy.
Adding a somatic element, invites you to slow down and notice what's happening in the body during conflict and moments of tension, to build deeper awareness of triggers and reactions, to develop ways to emotionally regulate together and to create safe, healing intimacy.

These sessions are open to anyone wishing to explore their relationship(s) through an embodied lens.

Sessions typically blend traditional talking therapy with somatic work, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness and emotional regulation.

The aim of these sessions is to focus on mind-body connection, to deepen your understanding of yourself, increase self compassion, better understand the way you communicate and to deepen your intimacy and connection with each other.
